Any item purchased in our store can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided it has not been used and its original appearance and consumer properties are preserved.
Refund
Refunds are issued within 7 business days from the moment the return parcel is successfully received at our return warehouse (not to be confused with delivery to the postal office), after the item has passed inspection and the data has been entered into the payment register.
Refund Form
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. If any additional information is required, our specialist will contact you.

How to arrange an exchange or return?
According to the rules of the online store tabooclothes.com.ua, an exchange or return of goods is possible only if the item has not been used and its original condition and consumer properties (including tags and labels containing product information) are preserved.
Please follow these steps to return or exchange an item:
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and ensure it is complete (items supplied as a set must be returned together as a set).
Fill in the fields of the Return Form below.
Include the completed form in your return parcel.
Take the parcel to the nearest a branch and send it as a standard postal shipment (not cash on delivery) along with the completed form.
The return shipping details can be found on the original parcel packaging or obtained from our managers via Telegram / Instagram.
⚠️ Please note: The cost of return shipping is not reimbursed if the reason for the return is not due to our fault.
